Dang. I'm impressed with how good your flower planter (flowers grow outside- hence outdoor equipment-) is,,,er was. HOA can be a real pain. It never ceases to amaze me how the few can tell the many how to live and conduct their lives and in your case how to decorate your own property. It's not a common property, it's your deck! There are serious issues to be solved in this world. It would seem that the HOA energy would be better spent solving real problems and issues. I feel for you.

Such a great looking planter!! So how can they say it wasn't manufactured as outdoor equipment since that's what you manufactured it to be? Doesn't make sense to me…
